Our Mission

For the first three years of its operation, the Skills Training Center (STC) is the venue for the Information Technology (IT) and other skills training of the staff of the Provincial Government of Northern Samar. This is its contribution to the effective and efficient delivery of the Food, Livelihood, Education, Shelter, Health, Environment and Revenue Generation (FLESHER) program. STC many also provide service to other clients.

Our Training Philosophy

The Provincial Government of Northern Samar believes in its human resources. It consistently upholds its commitment to capacitate its staff through planned appropriate training to successfully deliver the Food, Livelihood, Education, Shelter, Health, Environment and Revenue Generation (FLESHER) program to the Nortehanons.
